Many event designers are using green veggies as centerpieces, it's a new trend. I really like the idea of using kitchen food to decorate events, it just makes it easier. Cabbage and lettuce r my favorite, they already look like a bouquet. Putting them in earth colored vases gives them a natural beautiful look.
