Kuwait International Film Retreat visit
We attended KIFR and walked along the red carpet which was so amazing, I felt like I was attending an Oscar show, you see lights flashing everywhere and celebrities all around along with the photographers. That was one different delightful experience I had . We entered the grand cinema tent and attended the premiere film "Made in Dagenham", which started at 8:00 PM. The movie was based on a true story of a group of women in England during the 60's who joined forces, took a stand for what was right, and in doing so, found their own inner strength in having equal rights as men. I enjoyed the film so much and found it very inspiring. Unfortunately, I didn't have the chance to watch the other films, which was a pity because they were films from all around the world. The event was big and sponsored by ; ZAIN, 52 Degree, student talk magazine, GUST, Al-Watan newspaper and TV,Cinemagics, Bazaar magazine, JWT, Hilton hotel, London Limo servces and Beccare. which made the event glowing and successful.
