I promise u the best Buffalo chicken recipe!

I tried the "All American buffalo chicken" recipe by Martha Stewar "but edited it to fit my taste" for a gathering I made. It turned out to be just like Fridays and Chilis buffalo chicken! Everyone loved them. Try them for your self



Ingredients

Serves 4


1/3 cup low-fat buttermilk

 salt and ground pepper

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1 1/2 pounds chicken tenders

1/2 cup vegetable oil, such as safflower

1/2 cup hot sauce "choose ur fav. I mixed crystal and tabascco together"

2 tablespoons melted butter

Directions

1.Place flour and buttermilk in separate medium bowls; season with salt and pepper. Dip chicken in buttermilk (allowing excess to drip off), then in flour (shaking off excess).

2.In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high. Working in batches, fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through.

3.In a deep skillet, stir together hot sauce and melted butter. Add chicken, and toss to coat. Make sure the heat is low, the purpose is just to mix the hot sauce and chicken together and not have the sauce dripping off the chicken, it will be perfectly coated with sauce.
